Usage tips
Dietary supplement.
From 6 years old.
- 1 unidose in the morning to be diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). The presence of a slight deposit in the unidose is normal and does not alter the quality of the product. It is recommended that the product be taken for 20 consecutive days. It is possible to repeat the use several times a year, spacing it with a break of 1-2 weeks.
Instructions for easy opening of the unidose:
1) Shake before use
2) Take the unidose with the narrow part facing up
3) Press down with both thumbs
4 - 5) Keep a unidose already emptied to help open the next ones
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
- A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
- Not recommended for people with a history of allergies to beehive products and for children under 3 years of age.
- Store away from light, heat and humidity.
- Also indicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Royal jelly is used by worker bees to exclusively feed the one among them who will become the queen. This amazing food gives the queen bee a 40-times longer lifespan and a surprising level of productivity.
Royal jelly contains a high proportion of water, but also sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals and vitamins, as well as a large number of substances such as 10-HDA fatty acids (10-hydroxy-decenoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid).
