ARKORELAX® SLEEP FLEXI-DOSES  is your tailor-made sleep solution in mini doses, to be adapted according to your specific needs, for a good night's sleep in all circumstances.

  • Poppy-based formula favours relaxation and falling asleep. In addition it contains 0.5 mg of melatonin per tablet.
  • Adapt the intake from 1 to 3 tablets, according to your needs and your pace of life (jet lag, difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night). 
  • The mini tablets, to be melted under the tongue, are practical to use and act quickly, thanks to the immediate release and absorption of active ingredients. 
  • Their small format is ideal to accompany you everywhere. 
  • Without dependence or drowsiness upon waking.
  • Vegan. Gluten free.

Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, i.e. 1 tablet under the tongue just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for the next few days from the day of arrival at your destination. 
Falling asleep: 1 tablet under the tongue before going to bed or during the night. It is possible to take up to 3 tablets, depending on your needs. 

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding and for children and adolescents under the age of 15. Use by adolescents from the age of 15 must be occasional.
  • If you are under medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice. 
  • Excess use may result in laxative effects. 
  • Do not leave within reach of young children. A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
  • Store at a temperature below 25°C, protected from light and moisture.
