Directions for use
To be taken orally.
From the age of 12.
- Take 1 capsule a day with the morning meal and a large glass of water.

Lichens are symbiotic organisms associating a fungus with an alga. Found in different parts of the world (North America, Scandinavia, Asia...), Cladonia rangiferina is one of the lichen species. It is known as ‘Reindeer lichen’, as it is the main source of food for reindeer in winter. As lichen is one of the richest sources of vitamin D, reindeer accumulate vitamin D in their muscle tissue. This enables inhabitants of northern regions (who eat reindeer meat), with little exposure to UV rays, to obtain the necessary amounts of vitamin D.
VITAMIN D is an essential vitamin for the body. There are two forms of vitamin D: vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol), produced by plants, and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), mainly produced by animals. A plant form of vitamin D3 is also available, from Reindeer lichen.
Description of ingredients
Bulking agent: cellulose - Anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Apple fibre (Malus domestica) - Rapeseed oil (Brassica napus subps. napus) - Vitamin D3 from Lichen - Antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherols.
