Usage tips
Plant-based health supplement for children from the age of 1.
- From 1 to 3 years old: 5 ml before bedtime.
- From 4 to 6 years old: 7.5 ml before bedtime.
- From 7 years old onwards: 10 ml before bedtime.
Instructions for use
- It is advised to shake the bottle before use.
- Release the content of the pipette into the child’s mouth by pushing the piston slowly and steadily.
- To be given in sitting position.
Recommendations
- Can be used in program of 10 to 20 days depending on the child’s age and renewed if necessary.
- In case of sleeping difficulties in children from 1 to 3 years old, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- After opening, store the bottle in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
- Close the bottle tightly after use and rinse the pipette after each use.
- Health supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

- Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.). Indigenous to the Eastern Mediterranean region (Balkans and Minor Asia) and Western Asia, Lemon balm helps to relax and fall asleep.
- Verbena (Aloysia citriodora Palau.). Indigenous to Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Verbena is recognized for its soothing properties. It is traditionally used to promote a restorative, quality night’s sleep, in particular for children.
- Linden (Tilia tomentosa Moench syn. Tilia argentea Desfontaines). Indigenous to Northern Europe, Linden trees are commonly found in gardens. Like Verbena, it is known to naturally promote a good, restful sleep thanks to its relaxing properties.
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia syn. officinalis Mill). Lavender grows wild in the south of France. It is generally used for its calming properties but it is also known to promote sleep, especially for children.
