The reduction of Coenzyme Q10 in the body is mainly linked to ageing, intense physical effort, stress and heavy consumption of alcohol and tobacco.

Coenzyme Q10, usually provided by our food, is also produced naturally by the body.

Dosage

To be taken orally.
For adults only.

  • Take 1 to 4 capsules per day with a large glass of water at meal times.

Recommendations for use

  • Talk to your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking an anticoagulant,
  • Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle,
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose,
  • Keep out of reach of young children,
  • Store at a temperature below 25°C, away from heat and humidity.
