Arkorelax® Sleep Plus 8H features a double-layer tablet designed for dual release, to address all sleep needs, at all stages of sleep: from falling asleep to sleep quality. 

With a high-dose melatonin formula (1.9 mg per tablet), Arkorelax® Sleep Plus 8H combines well-known plant extracts and vitamin B6, to offer a complete, non-addictive sleep solution, without drowsiness when waking up in the morning. 

Its dual-release mechanism delivers active ingredients at the right time to help you fall asleep faster and allow you to benefit from quality sleep by limiting nighttime awakenings, for an uninterrupted night and restorative sleep: 

  • After 15 minutes, the first layer of the tablet gradually releases 1 mg of melatonin and plants. Naturally secreted by our body, melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*, supported by Passiflora and Valerian, two plants traditionally used for their calming effects. This combination helps you relax more easily and fall asleep more quickly.  
  • Then the second layer takes over to ensure sustained release over 8 hours. It delivers an additional 0.9 mg of melatonin, vitamin B6 (which supports normal nervous system function), and California poppy extract, known for enhancing sleep quality and limiting nighttime awakenings.

Directions for use.

For adults only. Take 1 tablet per day, 1 hour before bedtime, with a large glass of water. 

Precautions for use.

  • Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with inflammatory or autoimmune conditions, epilepsy, asthma, or mood, behavioral, or personality disorders. 
  • If you are taking medication (antidepressants, sleeping pills, or other sedatives), seek advice from a healthcare professional. 
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. 
  • A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.  
  • Keep out of reach of young children. 
  • Store at a temperature below 25°C.
