ARKOMAG® Magnesium B6 is a formula that combines marine-derived magnesium and vitamin B6 to:

  • Maintain proper nervous system function and normal psychological function.
  • Reduce fatigue and maintain proper muscle function, especially during periods of overexertion.

Children aged 6-17: 1 capsule per day.

From 18 years of age: 2 capsules per day.

Take with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.

Precautions for use

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
