Take by mouth. For adults only.

  • 1 ampoule per day, to be taken in the morning with breakfast.

Instructions for use

 Shake ampoule before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, but this in no way detracts from its quality.   


Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end of the ampoule away from the drinking glass to prevent any debris from falling into the glass. 

Turn the ampoule upside down and place the 1st end on top of the drinking glass. Break the 2nd end of the ampoule away from the drinking glass with a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).

Recommendations for use

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under the age of 18 years. 
  • Should not be used if you are taking other products containing Green tea on the same day or if you are allergic to salicylates, plants of the Asteraceae or Apiaceae family (Aniseed, Celery, etc), Mugwort pollen or anethole.
  • Should not be taken on an empty stomach.
  • Do not consume a daily amount of 800mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) or more. Contains around 1 mg of EGCG per ampoule.
  • Contains caffeine (around 10 mg per day).
  • Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants.
  • A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.
