  • Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia):  Lavender grows wild in the south of France. Best known for its fragrance, lavender is also used in herbal medicine to help you relax and fall asleep.
  • Bitter orange (Citrus aurantium):  The Bitter orange tree, whose fruit has been used as a food and traditional plant for thousands of years, is native to the tropical regions of Asia. Its leaves have soothing, relaxing properties, helping to promote relaxation and serenity.
  • Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna, Crataegus laevigata):  Hawthorn, a thorny shrub with white flowers that produces bright red berries in autumn and grows on the edge of woods or in fields. Its relaxing properties have been recognised since the Middle Ages. In particular, it helps you get a good night's sleep. 

  • Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata):  Native to the southern United States and cultivated in Europe, this plant has soothing properties. It helps improve the quality of sleep and promotes relaxation in cases of nervousness or stress. Often used in combination with Hawthorn, it helps to relieve accumulated tension and contributes to a return to restful sleep.

Food supplement. For adults only.

  • Take 1 ampoule per day, in the evening at mealtime.

Instructions for use 

Shake ampoule before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, but this in no way detracts from its quality. 

Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end of the ampoule away from the drinking glass to prevent any debris from falling into the glass.
 

Turn the ampoule upside down and place the 1st end on top of the drinking glass. Break the 2nd end of the ampoule away from the drinking glass with a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).

Recommendations for use

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • It is possible to repeat the dose several times a year.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Do not combine with caffeine-based products.
  • The concomitant use of other sedatives is not recommended.
  • Not recommended in case of anti-hypertensive treatment.
  • Stop using this product if you feel agitated or nervous.
  • A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.

Organic plant extract [obtained from 416 mg of organic Hawthorn flowering tops (Crataegus monogyna, Crataegus laevigata), 263 mg of organic Passiflora aerial parts (Passiflora incarnata), 263 mg of organic Bitter Orange leaf (Citrus aurantium) and 106 mg of organic Lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia) per ampoule] – Organic Apple juice concentrate (Malus domestica) - Organic Lemon juice concentrate (Citrus limon).
