Dosage 

Dietary supplement. From the age of 12. 

  • 1 phial per day, to be taken in the morning before breakfast. 

Instructions for use

Shake ampoule before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, but this in no way detracts from its quality.

Tap each end of the bulb with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end off the glass to prevent any debris from falling out. 

Turn the ampoule upside down and place the 1st end on top of the glass. Break the 2nd end off the glass with a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).

Recommendations for use 

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. 
  • It may be taken several times a year. 
  • Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. 
  • A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. 
  • Keep out of the reach of young children.
