The interesting part of Curcuma longa is its rhizome, which helps maintain joint flexibility and comfort. This plant is also used in cooking, particularly for curries, to which it adds colour and flavour.

Black pepper is also a powerful ally when it comes to spicing up culinary preparations, provided you have a light hand, of course. Piper nigrum comes from the Black pepper plant, a liana native to Southwest India. It contains piperine, which enhances the absorption of Turmeric. So, here are two plants to combine!

Turmeric is grown throughout Asia, where it thrives in well-drained soil and a humid climate. This herbaceous plant can grow up to 1.5 m tall. It has large, pale green leaves, with pointed tips and brown stripes on either side of the midrib.

Oral use. For adults only.

  • Take 2 capsules per day, in a single dose in the morning, with a meal and a large glass of water.

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. 
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 
  • Not recommended in association with anticoagulants. 
  • Do not use in the event of changes in liver or biliary function or gallstones.
