To be taken orally. From the age of 6.

  • Adults: take 2 capsules in the evening at mealtime and 2 capsules before going to bed, with a large glass of water. 
  • Children aged 6 to 12: take 1 capsule per day, with a large glass of water.
  • Children aged 13 to 18: take 2 capsules per day, with a large glass of water.
