750 mg extract of the aerial part of yarrow

In herbal medicine, Yarrow is traditionally used to help relieve the discomforts of the female menstrual cycle, thanks to its soothing and calming properties.

Achillea millefolium is a perennial plant in the Asteraceae family, found throughout the northern hemisphere, where it is common in meadows and along roadsides. 

Dosage

Oral use. From the age of 12.

  • 3 capsules
  • Distributed throughout the day, according to the onset of pain 
  • For 5 days 

From the day before or on the first day of your period, take 3 capsules a day for 5 days. The capsules should be taken throughout the day, according to the onset of pain. They may be taken for less than 5 days if the pain disappears, or if the menstrual cycle is shorter. 

Recommendations for use 

  • Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
  • Not recommended in cases of allergy to Asteraceae.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of the reach of small children.
  • Store away from light, heat and moisture.
