Thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.), in its common form, is an important plant in pharmacopoeia, particularly in the South of France, where it grows naturally. In addition to its aromatic use in Provençal cooking, this plant is also used in phytotherapy.

To be taken orally. From the age of 12.

  • Take 3 capsules per day before meals, with a large glass of water.
