Siberian ginseng root has energizing properties, in cases of physical and/or intellectual fatigue.

Siberian ginseng contains numerous substances such as polysaccharides, glycans (eleutheranes), saponins (eleutherosides), phenolic compounds, coumarins, lignans and sugars.

Siberian ginseng is, therefore, a highly recommended plant for periods of fatigue, intense stress or professional or personal overwork.

The root of Siberian ginseng was traditionally used in Siberia, and was an ingredient in many Chinese medical preparations. Today, it is used in cases of physical and intellectual fatigue, by the elderly or during exam periods. It is appreciated for its revitalizing and tonic virtues.

Also known as “Russian Ginseng” or “Devil's Bush”, Eleutherococcus senticosus is a thorny shrub with palmate, long-stalked leaves, native to China and Japan.

Oral use. From the age of 12.

  • Take 2 capsules in a single intake in the morning, with a meal and a large glass of water.

Recommendations for use

  • Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in the absence of sufficient data.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • Store away from light, heat and moisture.

  • Organic Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root powder and extract.
  • Organic apple (Malus domestica) fibre.
  • Organic corn starch.
  • 100% VEGETAL CAPSULE SHELL (cellulose derivative).

*Equivalent to 1200 mg of Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root per 2 capsules.
