Properties and benefits
Arkocaps Shiitake Maitake Reishi provide 3 species of mushroom, used for over 2000 years in traditional East Asian medicine.
Shiitake, Maitake and Reishi contain complex polysaccharides, such as beta-glucans.
Usage tips
Posology
To be taken orally. From the age of 18.
- Take 2 capsules per day, with a meal and a large glass of water.
Recommendations for use
- Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in the absence of sufficient data.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of the reach of young children.
- Store at a temperature below 25°C, protected from light and moisture.
