Sage leaf aids digestion. It also helps reduce night sweats, during menopause.

Rich in flavonoids, Sage leaves stimulate bile secretion, thereby reducing bloating. Sage is, therefore, very useful for restoring optimal digestive comfort, as it combats slow, difficult digestion.
Commonly used in phytotherapy to facilitate digestion and ensure proper functioning of the digestive system, Sage is also active against the discomforts of menopause, notably hot flushes.
Sage also stimulates the body's natural defenses and contains antioxidants that protect cells against oxidative stress.

Sage (Salvia officinalis L.) is a small annual herbaceous plant found in Mediterranean regions, with thick, downy leaves. It was well known in ancient times, its Latin name means “good health”. Since ancient times, it has been considered a universal panacea.

To be taken orally. For adults only.

  • Take 3 capsules in a single intake in the morning, with a meal and a large glass of water.
