Rhodiola rosea root promotes relaxation.

Rhodiola is a perennial plant that thrives in dry, sandy soil on rocky slopes and cliffs. It is particularly fond of the high mountains and cold regions of Europe, Central Asia and North America. Its richness lies in its underground part, the root, which gives off a delicate rose scent. Rhodiola rosea root is traditionally used to facilitate relaxation and help the body cope with temporary stress. Like Ginseng and Siberian ginseng, Rhodiola is an adaptogen. 

It enables the body to adapt more easily to different situations (exams, competitions, sporting events, etc.).

To be taken orally. From the age of 15.

  • Take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 at midday, at mealtimes and with a large glass of water.
