Usage tips
To be taken orally. From age 18.
- Take 1 capsule per day with your evening meal and with a large glass of water.
Recommendations for use
- Not to be used during pregnancy or if breastfeeding, by children under the age of 18, or by people over the age of 70.
- Do not use if you are already taking other products containing Red yeast rice, or if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication.
- Seek medical advice on the use of this product if you have any health problems.
- Do not take more than 3 mg of monacolins per day.
- A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of reach of young children.
- Store away from light, heat and moisture.
