Better known as the “prickly pear”, Nopal (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill.) is a cactus native to Mexico, where it has been appreciated for centuries. It is easily recognized by its green raquettes (or cladodes), covered with white spines 1 to 2 cm long. The fruit is rounded and varies in color from orange to red.

Dosage

To be taken orally. From the age of 15.

  • Take 2 capsules before your midday and evening meal with a large glass of water.

To obtain an optimal satiety effect, remember to eat something before taking the capsules to trigger the closure of the pylorus.

  • Not recommended for pregnant of breastfeeding women.
  • If you suffer from diabetes, ask your doctor for advice.
