Maca is a perennial plant, related to Radish and Garden cress. It is grown on certain high plateaus in the Andes in Peru and Bolivia, despite the extreme climatic conditions prevailing there.

To be taken orally. From the age of 15.

  • Take 2 capsules in a single intake, with a meal and a large glass of water.
    If necessary, it is possible to take up to 3 capsules per day.
