Properties and benefits
In phytotherapy, Feverfew is particularly recommended for female well-being, as it contributes to relaxation, especially during the premenstrual period.
Native to the Balkans, Feverfew (Tanactum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip.) is also known as Wild chamomile. Wild chamomile should not be confused with German Chamomile or Roman Chamomile, which do not have the same properties.
Usage tips
Oral use. For adults only.
- Take 3 capsules per day at mealtimes with a large glass of water.

Occasional headaches:
As soon as a headache occurs, take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Prevention of headaches:
1 to 2 capsules a day for 30 days, renewable.
The capsules should be taken throughout the day, according to your level of discomfort.
Recommendations for use
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not recommended in case of known allergy to Asteraceae. If you are taking anticoagulants, ask your doctor for advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from light, heat and moisture.
