Echinacea is beneficial to your health, helping to strengthen your body's defenses against winter ailments.
Mainly found in central and eastern North America, Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench.) has a spindle-shaped root and lanceolate leaves. Blooms from June to September, with pink, drooping, ligulate flowers. Resembles a daisy.
Usage tips
Dosage
To be taken orally. From the age of 12.
- Take 6 capsules per day, with a meal and a large glass of water.
Recommendations for use
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- A food supplement should not be used as a replacement for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
- Do not leave within the reach of young children.
- Store away from light, heat and moisture.
