Chaste tree contributes to women's well-being. It helps to reduce discomfort during the premenstrual period and the menopause.

Chaste tree berry has a number of beneficial effects on feminine comfort, and in particular on the discomforts of the premenstrual or peri-menopausal period. It helps reduce the discomfort felt by many women around the time of their period, or when their hormonal balance is no longer optimal.

Chaste tree is a fragrant shrub, native to the Mediterranean region, more specifically Greece and Italy. It is widespread in Mediterranean regions and Central Asia.

To be taken orally. For adults only.

1 capsule per day, to be taken with a meal and a large glass of water. Take from the second half of the menstrual cycle for 60 days, and repeat several times a year, as required.

  • Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
