Properties and benefits
How do Chicory inulin, magnesium and aloe vera help occasional constipation?
Chicory supports digestive comfort, helping to stimulate the production of digestive fluids and gastrointestinal movement.
Chicory's inulin, as a prebiotic, acts as a food source for the intestinal flora. As such, it promotes healthy growth of the microbiota.
Magnesium helps maintain healthy muscle function, as well as intestinal wall function. It also contributes to electrolyte balance, increasing the volume of water in the digestive tract, which in turn softens stools.
Aloe vera contributes to the proper functioning of the digestive system, notably through its soothing and protective action on gastrointestinal mucosa. It also helps maintain regular bowel movements.
Usage tips

Any questions ?
How can you prevent occasional constipation on a daily basis?
Here's some dietary advice:
Increase fiber intake
Eat fiber-rich foods such as fruit, vegetables, legumes, wholegrain cereals and seeds. Fiber facilitates the passage of stool by increasing its volume and improving its consistency.
Opt for raw or lightly cooked vegetables.
Eat fruit with the skin on whenever possible (e.g. apples or pears).
Drink enough water
Hydration is essential to prevent stools from becoming too hard and dry. Drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day. Herbal teas (such as those made from prunes or fennel) can also help maintain good intestinal hydration.
Regular physical activity
Regular exercise, even light exercise such as walking or cycling, stimulates intestinal transit. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity a day.
Avoid constipating foods
Reduce consumption of processed foods rich in fats and refined sugars, which slow transit (e.g. ready-made meals, cold meats, fried foods).
Eat foods that promote transit
Prunes, flaxseed, psyllium and oat bran are all known to have a beneficial effect on transit regulation.
Relax with plants for temporary stress
Temporary stress can have an impact on transit by disrupting intestinal functions.
It may be advisable to take Lemon Balm, which helps to reduce nervous tension and irritability, in order to regain a state of optimal relaxation, particularly in cases of anxiety. Lemon balm also has a soothing effect on gastrointestinal problems and digestive spasms linked to occasional stress. However, it is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor for children under 12.
These tips can help prevent or relieve occasional constipation naturally. If discomfort persists, it is advisable to consult a health professional.
