Lemon balm leaves help reduce nervous tension and irritability, helping to restore a state of optimal relaxation, particularly in cases of anxiety. Thanks to its soothing action on gastrointestinal disorders and spasms, Lemon balm helps relieve the “knotted stomach” or “lump in the stomach” sensation, associated with occasional stress.

Lemon balm will help relieve nervous tension and irritability, while soothing gastrointestinal discomfort/problems, stomach cramps and occasional stress-related spasms, so you can relax.

Native to Asia Minor, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), used since ancient Greece but only introduced to France in the Middle Ages, is a clump-forming, perennial plant whose upright stems bear waffle-like, opposite leaves which, when crumpled, give off a very mild, lemony scent.

Oral use. From the age of 12.

  • Take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, with meals and a large glass of water.

  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and  healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • Store away from light, heat and moisture.
