Hop (Humulus lupulus) or ‘Northern Vine’ is a very common herbaceous plant in Europe and North America. A widely cultivated species, it grows spontaneously in hedges and woods. The cones are traditionally used to make beer, giving it its bitterness and flavour. But that's not its only property! Hop has also been used since the 10th century for its relaxing properties. In particular, it helps to ease the discomforts associated with the menopause, such as hot flushes and irritability.

To be taken orally. From the age of 12.

  • Adults: Take 2 capsules in the evening at mealtime and 2 capsules before going to bed, with a large glass of water.
  • Children aged 12 and over: Take 1 capsule in the evening at mealtime and 1 capsule before going to bed, with a large glass of water.

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
