Griffonia contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Griffonia is a shrub belonging to the legume family, growing up to 3 metres high. Griffonia seeds are eaten as a vegetable by local populations in Central and West Africa. The seeds contain a molecule (5-HYDROXYTRYPTOPHAN) which contributes to the body's production of serotonin. All parts of the plant can be used, but the highest concentration of 5-HTP is found in the seeds.

To be taken orally. For adults only.

  • Take 1 capsule in the morning and in the evening, at mealtimes, with a large glass of water.
