Arkocaps® Evening primrose oil, a highly concentrated formula with targeted active ingredients

Evening primrose seed oil helps maintain physical well-being in women, during the premenstrual period. Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-6), it is particularly recommended for relieving discomfort, especially in cases of breast tension (sensitive, swollen breasts), lower abdominal discomfort and hot flushes.

Evening primrose oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. It helps women feel more comfortable during the premenstrual period.

Native to North America, Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) blooms at dusk. Its large yellow flowers can be found along roadsides or on uncultivated land. 

Oral use. From the age of 12.

  • Take 3 capsules in a single dose, with a meal and a large glass of water, 10 days a month, during the second half of the female cycle.

Recommendations for use

  • Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • Store below 25°C, away from light and moisture.
