The intimate flora, also known as the vaginal microbiota, consists of billions of naturally occurring microorganisms, mainly Lactobacilli. This delicate ecosystem can be weakened by various factors: menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, excessive hygiene, stress, or certain medications such as antibiotics.

An imbalance in this flora can cause intimate discomfort such as irritation, dryness, odours etc.

ArkoBiotics Intimate Flora is a food supplement based on probiotic strains and vitamin B2.

It combines three probiotic strains, rigorously selected and scientifically validated, at a dose of 3 billion CFU(1) (Lactobacillus plantarum PBS-067, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus LRH-020, Bifidobacterium lactis BL-050) with vitamin B2.

ArkoBiotics Intimate Flora benefits from gastro-resistant capsule technology to protect the probiotic strains from stomach acidity and ensure their release in the intestine, where they can fully exert their beneficial effects.

Arkobiotics Intimate Flora from Arkopharma Laboratories combines three scientifically studied probiotic strains with vitamin B2 (riboflavin), which helps maintain normal mucous membranes and thus contributes to intimate comfort.

  • The probiotic strains maintain the balance of the intimate flora.
  • Vitamin B2 is essential for energy metabolism and has antioxidant properties (protecting cells from oxidative stress). It helps maintain normal mucous membranes, particularly the vaginal epithelium, thereby contributing to an environment conducive to the balance of intimate flora.

From the age of 12.

Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water. Preferably take in the morning on an empty stomach or before a meal.

Precautions for use:

  • May be recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and young girls after their first  menstrual cycles.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • Probiotics should preferably be stored in the refrigerator. They can be stored outside the refrigerator at a temperature below 23°C.
