Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Red creeping thyme (Thymus zygis)
A variety of Thyme closely related to common Thyme, Red creeping thyme is highly aromatic but has a milder flavour. Red creeping thyme essential oil is recognized for its immune-boosting properties.

Peru balsam (Balsamum peruvianum)
This balsam gets its name from the balsam tree, which grows in Colombia, El Salvador, and Venezuela, and was historically transported via Peru. It is used as a purifying agent, particularly for addressing upper respiratory tract problems.
