In accordance with Article 34 of the Law of 6th January 1978 on “Data Processing and Liberties”, Arkopharma has made a declaration to the National Data Processing and Liberties Commission of the files liable to comprise personal data, connected with the www.arkopharma.com site. Pursuant to the said Law, any person having entered personal information on that site may exercise a right of access, modification and deletion of the information concerning him/her.
